The abandoned coke plant is virtually all, what has remained from the
former Krupp steelworks at Rheinhausen.

Four years later, the blast furnaces are gone, just leaving the
empty space in the foreground of the following picture.
The furnace in the background is one
of the two furnaces of the HKM steel mill at Duisburg Hüttenheim
on the opposite side of the river Rhine.
